Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/11/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Out Patient Setting 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
