Travel Experience Designer (Travel Consultant)

Our client in the travel industry is urgently looking to employ an experienced Travel Consultant at their organization.
Location: Fourways, Gauteng
Requirements:Previous experience in a Travel sales or Travel consultant role.Travel expert with a minimum 2 years' experience working in the travel and/or tourism industry (international travel only).Must live within 30 minutes of Fourways (non-negotiable).Fluency in both written and spoken English and Afrikaans.Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.Passionate about travel.Team player.Self-motivated and well-organised all-rounder.Responsibilities:Mission 1: Provide the best customer service to clientsWelcome new and returning clients on the phone with a friendly, approachable, and helpful manner.Create a personalised and lasting relationship with the client, by proactively supporting them throughout the enquiry or sale.Ensure customer follow-up and satisfaction.Mission 2: Create a tailor-made travel experienceEstablish and understand the expectations and needs of the client from the first interaction.Create a tailor-made trip for the client based on their needs.Provide excellent up-to-date knowledge of the company's resorts and destinations.Establish and maintain a good working relationship with travel agents and deal with their requests by phone or email.Desired Skills:CMTAAmadeusOmnis
