The Position
The passionate team of experts at WOLO Travel Midrand Hub are currently recruiting for highly motivated sales representatives who are passionate about selling adventure to a wide variety of travelers waiting to "Experience Everything".
As WOLO Travel's new Experience Expert in our Midrand Hub, you will be working with driven team players and will be responsible for assisting online and email customers who are looking to book holiday packages, tours, and more.
What you're accountable for:
Achieving monthly sales and revenue targets as agreed with your Team Leader.
Selling the complete range of WOLO Travel products.
Contributing new and innovative ideas to continuously improve sales, best practices, and internal procedures.
Being adaptable to the needs of the business in terms of sales focus and directionally selling into campaigns and sales incentives.
Adopting and following sales best practice procedures.
Maximizing revenue by meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations.
Building rapport with customers and maintaining their confidence throughout the sales conversation.
Using personal travel experience and product training to provide excellent advice to customers.
Taking full responsibility for the administration and ongoing support of your bookings and keeping customers informed of progress.
Supporting your colleagues' customers to ensure they receive an excellent level of customer service in their absence.
Responding to customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner that meets customer needs.
Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
Proactively seeking to enhance your own personal development with assistance from your Team Leader.
Participating in training sessions, briefings, and educationals to gain a clear understanding of WOLO Travel products and booking procedures.

Experience & Requirements
Personal international travel experience outside the African continent is an essential requirement for this position.
Personal travel experience to either Bali or Thailand will be looked upon favorably.
Experience as a Travel Consultant booking international destinations is advantageous.
Travel & Tourism qualifications looked upon favorably.
Matric Certificate.
Computer Competency.
Must provide own transport or be able to travel to Rosebank Mall, Johannesburg.
