Minimum requirements: Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant fieldMust have a minimum of 3 years consulting experience in either wholesale/retailAssist Travel Agents with land arrangementsProcessing the booking via TravelogicOnline booking systems: Nightsbridge / DOTW / HotelbedsUnderstanding of STO rates and terms and conditions of various hotels / hotel groups includes requesting & updating ratesOrganise travels from beginning to end (hotels, guest houses, game lodges, transfers, car hire and excursions)Selling a combination of Outbound, Domestic, Leisure and CorporateStrong knowledge of South AfricaResearch various destinations and means of travel regarding prices & reviewsAdministration functions (invoicing / collecting deposits & balance payment / paying suppliers / reconfirming bookings / processing refunds)Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returnsAfter-hours assistance for emergencies only (stand-by phone on rotation)Consultant: Lisa Dietrich - Dante Personnel Cape Town
