Transport Manager Fidelity Services Group

The above position is available at the Specialized Services.
The overall purpose of this position is to perform a full Management function and to control fleet.
Key areas of responsibility will include:Oversee, control, maintenance and services of 300+ company vehicles.Control of mechanical workshop and technical staff.Maintain and control fleet register.Investigations and control over vehicle accidents, relevant repairs claim etc.Adhere to all requirements as specified in the company transport policies and procedure manual.Manage Capex and asset requirements.Attending Daily / Weekly meeting with Senior Management.Arranging testing of drivers, licenses and PDPS.Receiving of invoices and ensuring that the necessary authorization is obtained.Manage and maintain the fuel and maintenance budgets for the fleet.Issuing purchase orders.About Company:Fidelity Services Group is Southern Africa's largest integrated security solutions provider and the industry leader in protection innovation.
