Transport Controller

We are seeking a dedicated Transport Controller to join our team and manage the efficient movement of goods and vehicles.
Tasks Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods and vehicles to ensure timely delivery.
Assign routes and schedules to drivers based on operational requirements.
Monitor vehicle movements and track deliveries to ensure adherence to schedules.
Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including fuel usage, mileage, and driver hours.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Evaluate and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Transport Controller, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of transportation operations and logistics processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in transportation management software and MS Office Suite.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Availability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
