Transport Administrator

Our prominent client, in the transport industry based in Kraaifontein, is currently looking to employ a Transport Administrator with a minimum of 4 – 5 years' experience within this industry.You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:Handling of administrative queriesEnsure monthly diesel price and any other adjustments are calculated correctlyCalculate diesel consumption accuratelyCorresponding with drivers effectivelyMonitor and track driver's activitiesVehicle tracking and maintenance of relevant paperwork pertaining to company vehiclesLoad invoices and PODs onto SagePerform high levels of administrative workCompile proof of deliveries, invoices, etc.Update Excel files with all information requiredMaintain accurate and up to date records of vehicle details, fuel consumption, maintenance logs and relevant data.Education:MatricGeneral knowledge of transport operationsStrong computer competencies, which also involves adequate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & SageMinimum of 4 – 5 years' experience within the transport industrySkills:Effective, efficient, and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to liaiseHigh level of commitment to accuracy and qualityAttention to detailInitiative, energy and drive to meet very tight deadlinesGood problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsIf you are up for a challenge, apply with your most recent resume & supporting documents (certificates, ID).Please note should you not receive a response from us within 7 working days; kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
