Major Responsibilities:In collaboration with transplant surgeons and physicians, arrange for new patient evaluation and pre-transplant work-up of potential recipients.Arrange evaluation of all potential living donors for transplantation.Monitor patient's overall health status and intervene when necessary during the waiting period prior to transplant, ensuring optimal health status for best outcomes.Interact with all transplant-related physician and nursing staff, educating them on best practices associated with transplantation.Provide patient and family education through all phases of transplant, including discharge planning and education for inpatient hospital staff.II.
