Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the transaction by complying with internal procedures and agreed processes to effect management (prepare cash flows, obtain signatures, send instructions to various departments), applying knowledge of Companies Act, Excon, FICA, Tax, Accounting to transactions where applicable. Achieve sales targets in line with performance scorecards and maintain an acceptable cost of sales ratio through pipeline management and sales quality. Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and grow the organizational client base while containing costs. Develop tactical strategies for retaining or signing unbanked customer base to improve profitability. Maintain specialized knowledge on all FirstRand approved products, application procedures, fulfillment processes, and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets. Maximize cross-selling opportunities in consultation with more experienced Transactors. Inform client inputs during legal drafting processes, implement and manage transactions in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels. Provide a professional service to stakeholders by ensuring transactions are managed and accounted for in accordance with legal agreements and relevant legislation. Understand and manage financial aspects of transactions through adherence to legal agreements and all applicable regulatory aspects. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Transactor role. Investment Banking experience within Infrastructure.
