Boutique Project Finance company looking for a Transaction Advisor to join their team!Key PurposeTo lead complex project finance transactions across most sectors including energy, mining, agriculture, and infrastructure; coordinating feasibility studies, working closely with financial modeler support and assessing outputs; ensuring deliverables are met and managing sub contractors including legal, technical, and engineering groups; confidently presenting findings to the client.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of complex multi-faceted transactionsExecute on Project Finance processes (transaction cycle / project timelines)Implementation of fund raising or transaction advisory workFinancial program design and implementationScreening of potential project information and transactionsTransaction implementationC&I RE energy program and procurement development support inputsSpecific transaction Financial Close advisory and co-ordinationSpecific transaction advisory services during project commissioningOverall co-ordination of financial TA advisory team, reporting and other deliverable requirementsReport-writingMinimum Requirements10 plus years in a project finance environment leading transaction cycles and project timelinesExperience doing fund raising/working transaction advisory projects a mustInfrastructure, Energy, Mining sector expertise advantageousStrong leadership ability, managing both internal and external multi-disciplinary teamsIT Literacy - Excel, PowerPoint, WordDesired SkillsProject financeConsultingExcel AdvancedInfrastructureDesired Work ExperienceMore than 10 years Financial Advisory & Consulting Service
