Training Support Consultant (POS25005)Location: Somerset WestSalary: R 18 000 to R 23 000 per month (negotiable – depending on your experience)Requirements:Training / Educator or Consulting experienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packagesIntermediate Excel proficiencyCustomer service / support experience will be advantageousResponsibilities:Creating and managing training plans with customersReporting on training progress of all customers that are in trainingWorking directly with clients to effectively coordinate each training project to completionCommunicating process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement and actions to ensure that the training plan stays on trackProviding system training to customersProviding customer support, resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities on the systemAssisting with preparing data and uploading it onto the system for new customersClosing Date: 14 February 2025To apply for this position: Send your MS Word format CV to ****** and use POS25005 – Training Consultant in the subject line
