Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and videos.
Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on ERP systems.Excellent presentation and instructional skills.Experience with e-learning platforms and training software.
