We are seeking a Customer Service/E-Commerce Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical, procedural, and soft-skills training materials for our employees. This is a full-time, remote role offering long-term growth within an established organization. Call center training experience is desired but not required.Why This Role?Shape our brand narrative across diverse service channels.Your ideas matter; share solutions to elevate our business.What You'll Do:Train newly hired agents.Conduct 1:1 and group training for new hires.Lead Zoom training sessions on Customer Service best practices.Assist with creating SOPs and developing training curriculum.What We Seek:1-2 years of Customer Service Training experience.3-5 years of BPO experience in the Customer Service Industry.1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience (preferred).Experience with eCommerce tools/software such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, Freshdesk, etc.Knowledge and experience in eCommerce.Familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other CRM tools.Experience with Canva, Trainual App, and Loom (preferred but not required).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Exceptional coaching, planning, and organizing skills.Strong attention to detail.Internet Requirements:Must have a personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection required.LAN connection required (minimum 20 mbps).Compensation:$5/hour + performance bonuses.Health and dental insurance.Paid time-off.Company swag kit.Performance and recognition incentives.Year-end bonus.Ready to join the journey?We're committed to building a team of experienced professionals.
