Candidate Specifications Grade 12 Certificate 2-4 years of proven experience in a sales or customer service role Excellent communication and listening skills  A polite, confident, and friendly manner  Confidence in using computers  To enjoy working with customers and building relationships  Patience, persistence, and persuasiveness Flexibility and quick thinking  Perseverance and the ability to handle customer rejection.  To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.  To enjoy working within a target-driven team environment To understand and comply with the main KPIs required for telesales Based in or near Pretoria
