Training Officer – Sdf (Gauteng)

Qualifications & Experience: - Matric or equivalent. - Relevant Postgraduate qualification. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Trainer in the same industry. - Certified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) with an ETDP qualification. - Proven experience liaising with W&RSETA. - Fully computer literate. - Clear credit and criminal record. - Experience in delivering management and leadership training. - Strong project management skills. - Ability to manage training budgets and ensure B-BBEE compliance. - Up-to-date knowledge of training methods and industry trends.
