TRAINING OFFICER (6 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT) An exceptional opportunity awaits a dynamic individual with the right qualifications and experience to drive key learning and development initiatives in the business.
This individual will also harmonize various L&D aspects amongst internal and external stakeholders throughout the business. Reporting to the Senior Manager: Organizational Development & Change, the successful candidate will be expected to: Co-ordinate and facilitate internal and external training programs within the Financial Sector and Regulator.Assist to align the training materials as per the latest training trends, as and when required.
Compile in-house reports to support Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR);Initiate and drive impactful OD projects which achieve the intended objectives;Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ie BankSETA, FASSET etc.Facilitate L&D Projects and Interventions as per requirements;Manage, coordinate and facilitate Learnerships and Experiential Learning Programmes;Oversee the SDF Function and requirements for the organization;Provide reports to external & internal stakeholders relating to Learnership, training & OD programmes.
Troubleshoot & problem solving within the learnership programmes and OD department, as and when required.
With good understanding and proven track record in Human Resources environment, the ideal candidate will possess: MatricA Diploma or a Degree in Human Resources DevelopmentA Certificate in Education: Training and DevelopmentAccredited as an Assessor and Moderator At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Moderator.Accredited as a Skills Development FacilitatorMust have relevant experience within the HRD fieldManual development and design experience for interventionsValid Code 08 Drivers License
