Details of the offer

The Training Consultant will assess the current skill set within the business and identify areas for improvement and further training.
They will take charge of the development and implementation of learning interventions to improve productivity and elevate employee confidence levels.
Training interventions should be aimed at enhancing employee skill levels and overall performance.
The Training Consultant will also be responsible for updating and evaluating training content to align with the business goals.Experience:Minimum 2-3 years' experience within an HR / Training and Development role/environment.Qualification:Matric CertificateHR Qualification (advantageous)SDF / Training Certifications (advantageous)Health and Safety Training Capabilities / Accreditation (advantageous)Competencies (skills and attributes):Ability to work under pressureAbility to use own initiative and make decisionsCreative and Forward ThinkingExcellent communication Skills on all levelsTeam PlayerValid Driver's License + own vehicle (Code 8 unendorsed – must be willing to travel to stores nationally)
