Reporting To: HR DirectorRoles & Responsibilities:Ensure that strategic training is provided, facilitate study needs through bursaries and including optimal utilization of digital learning. Ensure that efficient and appropriate training service is delivered.Minimum Requirements:Matric or equivalentRelevant Post Graduate qualificationExperience in facilitation and delivery of management/leadership training and project managementMinimum of 5 years practical and relevant experience in the same industry as a TrainerMust be a certified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) with ETDP qualificationCredible experience in liaising with W&RSETAMust be fully computer literateClear Credit and Criminal record
