Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the training curriculum, training material and assessments for PSG Wealth Funds and Securities Products, systems and processes
Manage technical training function for the business
Planning and coordination of training programs
Monthly reporting on training conducted
Effectively maintain relationships with service providers, colleagues, and Advisers
Managing expenses within budget and negotiation of training costs
Assist with general internal training queries and the provision of training assistance to staff
Develop & provide training assessments for all training
Develop training material on any new products, processes, and systems
Identify training gaps and provide continuous improvement of all training functions for PSG Wealth in line with industry best practice
Resolving complaints in accordance with SLA and implementing sustainable solutions to avoid complaints in future
Continuous analysis of Training needs within PSG Wealth and making recommendations to ensure continuous improvement
Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure training material is accredited for CPD points etc
Effectively manage the training department and ensure the effective action is taken on poor performance and that top performers are actively engaged and developed
Assist business with any regulatory reporting as and when required
Provide assistance with business testing as and when required
Assistance with ad hoc projects as and when required
Minimum Requirements:
BCom degree in Investment Management or Human Resources Management
ODETDP Diploma (NQF6)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a product education environment
Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services as a facilitator (LISP and Securities platform)
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and must demonstrate exceptional facilitation/teaching skills for adult learners
Experience with Microsoft Office, eLearning, and virtual learning technologies
Competencies:

Strategic thinker, results-oriented, demonstrating a strong orientation toward outstanding customer service with accountability for results
Project management and implementation experience of a business solution is a plus
