Training Needs Assessment: identification of the skills and competencies required to meet organizational goals and objectives Training Design and Development: development of training programs to upskill client employees and stakeholders to effectively and efficiently utilize tools and solutions Training Delivery: implementation of the training program to deliver the necessary training to client staff and stakeholders through an omnichannel approach based on location and maturity of the operating environment Training Evaluation: assessment of training program effectiveness through client and stakeholder performance in usage of client tools and solutions Continuous Improvement: ongoing updates, improvement and delivery of training to client employees and relevant stakeholders
