POSITION: Training Facilitator: Wellness REPORTS TO: Project Lead: Wellness Services EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: NQF Level 7 Qualification – non-negotiable Registered Accredited Facilitator – non-negotiable EXPERIENCE: 5 years' experience as a Training Facilitator – non-negotiable LOCATION: Mpumalanga Province CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term DURATION: 31 March 2025 Inherent requirements of the position: · Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Multi-tasking and ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
· Computer literate in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Good communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and great level of accuracy.
· Ability to cope in highly pressurized environment.
· Ability to undertake regular and extensive national travel · Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Attend Quarterly progress meetings.
· Four (4) facilitation training sessions per annum to all Wellness Champions.
These train-the trainer sessions will be held in clusters at one of the agreed central site offices.
· Provide life skills training and employee wellness topics for Wellness champions to equip site employees.
· Ensure attendance of Wellness Champions to these meetings as well as planning of logistics.
· Ensure evaluations forms are completed and signed off by all parties as prescribed.
· Forum Facilitation Reports – quarterly submission.
This report must be submitted within 2 weeks after completion.
· Ensure quarterly Forum Facilitation (FF) cluster meetings are held with Wellness Champions in the various clusters.
· Prepare life skills training topics and material for the facilitation by Wellness Champions.
· Telephonically contact the Wellness Champions at least twice per month to provide support and resolve challenges, if any.
· Assist the Wellness Champions with any wellness related queries or challenges.
· Prepare and distribute information for monthly toolbox talks to all Wellness Champions.
· Keep Wellness Champions abreast of new developments in the wellness industry and ensure relevant information is communicated effectively.
· Keep an updated database of all Wellness Champions and inform Employer of any changes or challenges.
· Coordinate and certify the timeous completion of all data and reports required from all Wellness Champions.
