Inherent RequirementsRegistered AssessorFacilitator and Assessor certificateWorking at Heights experienceAbility to work independently as well as in a teamSafety qualification or studying towards will be advantageousStrong organisational and planning skillsExcellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)Fluent in English and isiZuluComputer literate (MS Office)Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist with registration process and documentationEnsure that the appropriate training material, stationery and equipment is available and in excellent working order before the training session commencesCreate and nurture a positive learning environment that stimulates learning and motivates DelegatesFacilitate programmes according to the KBC and SAQA facilitation best practice and self-prepared Programme Enhancement / Lesson PlanConduct, evaluate and provide feedback on training needs assessmentsEnsure that delegates understand assessment questions and how to complete the assessmentsReview and report course evaluationsCharacter TraitsAbility to work under pressureHigh level of client / customer serviceBe a problem solverInterviewing process: 1 to 2 Panel interviewsReporting to: Business Unit LeaderStarting date: As soon as possibleNote: Should you not receive a response within one week of applying, you may consider your application as being unsuccessful.Note: Appointments will be made in line with the Company's EE targets.
