The human resources department currently has a vacancy for a professional, methodical and attentive to detail Training Facilitator to join their team. The successful candidate must be certified/accredited to present and facilitate training on the below list of unit standards.
The suitable candidate will furthermore be responsible for ensuring that all learners are trained, assessed and moderated accordingly.

Qualifying Criteria Grade 12 certificateAtleast 5 years of relevant experienceRegistered as Assessor and Moderator with TETA, CETA and HW SETACertified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator with ETDP SETAFully knowledgably on driven machinery regulationsRelevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)Computer literacy – proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPointQualifying Attributes Well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganization and planning skillsAbility to work under pressureCustomer service orientationAbility to work independently as well as in a teamAttention to detail and accuracyHard-working and self-motivatedTime management and organizational skillsHighly motivated and committedExcellent standards in execution
