The human resources department currently has a vacancy for a professional, methodical and attentive to detail Training Facilitator to join their team.
The successful candidate must be certified/accredited to present and facilitate training on the below list of unit standards.

Qualifying CriteriaGrade 12 certificateAtleast 5 years of relevant experienceRegistered as Assessor and Moderator with TETA, CETA and HW SETACertified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator with ETDP SETAFully knowledgably on driven machinery regulationsRelevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)Computer literacy – proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPointQualifying AttributesWell-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganization and planning skillsAbility to work under pressureCustomer service orientationAbility to work independently as well as in a teamAttention to detail and accuracyHard-working and self-motivatedTime management and organizational skillsHighly motivated and committedExcellent standards in execution
