Training and Development Manager Bellville Cape Town  Our client is looking for a Training & Development Manager with 3-5 years plus experience, The main purpose of this role is to Design, implement, manage and track a training and development framework ensuring a technically skilled workforce as well as and relevant workforce that's ready for the next big change.
