Requirements Description and Requirements Main Responsibilities:Training Coordination Develop and manage training programs and schedules. Coordinate with trainers, instructors, or facilitators. Handle logistics related to training sessions, such as venue arrangements, equipment setup, and materials preparation. Track and manage training records and certifications. Logistics Management Oversee the planning and execution of logistical operations, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment needs. Ensure the availability of necessary resources and manage inventory. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Troubleshoot any logistical issues that arise and find quick solutions. Communication Act as a liaison between various departments, trainers, and external partners. Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to all stakeholders. Provide support to participants and trainers during the training process. Administration Maintain accurate records of training activities and logistical arrangements. Prepare reports and documentation related to training and logistics. Assist with the management of training and logistical expenses. Experience & Qualifications:Education Post-secondary education would be advantageous Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field Competencies & Skills: Communication Skills Organizational Skills Analytical Skills Technical Skills Ability to lead and engage groups in training sessions, workshops, or seminars (advantageous) Ability to address and resolve issues related to training delivery and effectiveness.
