Job Specification (not totally inclusive) Management of Trust and KMC bursary programs; Management of the recruitment process for the bursary programme; Mentoring and coaching of bursary students; Managing the Socio-Economic Development budget; Management of customer and community related projects; Identifying and performing due diligence on proposed projects; Planning SED events with internal and external SED stakeholders in line with KMC Programme and Operations Policies and Procedures; Providing support in coordination of all Transformation related events, e.g., Mandela day, Heritage day and employee volunteerism. Minimum Skills Required Grade 12; Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences/ Human Resources Management or Corporate Communications; Minimum 2-5 years' experience within a Social Science, Human Resources Management/Corporate Communications environment; Project Management experience would be an advantage; Budget management experience is required; In-depth knowledge of the Transformation climate in South Africa is essential; Must have MS Office, good report writing, and presentation skills; Must have a valid driver's licence and own transport. Behavioural Competencies Required Must have a strong drive for results; Must have good communication and organizing skills; Must be a self-starter who takes control and accountability; Must be able to work collaboratively within a matrix organization; Must be willing to travel to different sites to monitor projects.
