BANKING AND HOMELOAN EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL ONBOARDING Preparing and conducting technical training programs on systems, processes, and services Conduct presentations and webinars with new and existing sales consultants.
Support new consultants with the practical ''''''''''''''''how to guide'''''''''''''''' when meeting with clients, and service providers.
COACHING & MENTORING: Support line managers with re-upskilling/ refresher training of existing sales consultants (and/ or Branch admin support staff).
REFRESHER TRAINING: Plan and execute refresher sessions REPORTING: Provide progress reports to line managers on new and existing sales consultants QUALIFICATIONS Matric qualification Bachelors degree or courses or certifications in communication, education or facilitation skills or relevant field EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years experience as a Senior or Executive sales consultant within banking industry Comprehensive understanding of the banking homeloan products, services, and offerings Proven knowledge in coaching & mentoring abilities Technical systems knowledge Technical Competencies : Presentation skills Excellent communication (verbal and written)
