Minimum Requirements Relevant Degree in Human Resources Management / Training / OD-ETDP or other related field Skills Development Facilitator Minimum 7 years' experience in a leadership role within the training and development function Accredited Assessor / Moderator At least 3 years Project Management experience.
Experience in BBBEE with regards to skills development Preferred Requirements At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge and experience of working in a unionized environment.
