Training And Compliance Officer

Developing, implementing and managing an effective legal compliance program for the parts division Develop and review all parts policies Create sound internal controls and ensure compliance Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders when needed Proactively enforce internal processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses within the parts business Advise management on the divisions compliance with set out processes and standard operating procedures and regulations through detailed reports.
Create and manage effective action plans in response to non-compliance.
Train employees on policies and procedures through the applicable SOPs.
Providing onboarding training for new employees across parts business.
Gathering and analysing information to determine learning needs.
Facilitating and delivering internal learning solutions.
Developing and rolling out training material.
Record keeping Excellent presentation skills - PowerPoint, Visio Minimum 5 years related experience
