Job Description: As a Trainer, you will be essential in the facilitation and delivery of T&D activity across our Client Servicing teams. You will report into the T&D Lead.

Your role in the Team: The T&D team are responsible for the creation, management and delivery of all training and developmental activity across Client Servicing teams. This includes the major training milestones of onboarding, APT & TET.
Reporting into the T&D Lead, you'll play a fundamental role in creating, designing and delivering T&D activity, including the admin elements of the role. You'll be a representative of the T&D department and will attend meetings, engage stakeholders and prepare presentations/reports accordingly.
What you'll do: Deliver training sessions on onboarding, APT and more.Scope out new trainings with stakeholder collaboration.Create new training materials.Manage the LMS and other admin tasks.Represent T&D in meetings (like CMOM), which can include the need to create reports.Generally support the T&D Lead.Who we're looking for: You're curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.
