The RoleWe are looking for a trainer to join our team who can deliver high-impact training, develop effective learning content, maintain our knowledge base, and support our operations team to ensure that we deliver the best service to our customers. You'll have the opportunity to keep your passion for learning and teaching while driving high-impact results as we strive to be the most customer-centric custom manufacturing company globally.
What You'll Do:Perform training needs analysisFacilitate new hire training, coach and conduct performance evaluation of traineesDevelop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions, and developing outcome improvement resourcesCollaborate with quality team to gather feedback and plan refresher trainings to help improve quality of serviceCollaborate with managers and operations team to ensure the knowledge base is updated real-time and all team members are informed of new updatesCreate, facilitate and/or revise training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledgeFill out accurate reportsEstablish and maintain communication with customers and team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet company expectationsSupervise and coach learners in nestingOversee new hire progression and enhancement training; provide feedback and implement appropriate solutionsCoach and give feedback to trainees to help them fulfill performance metricsSupport on tasks delegated by the CEOAbout You:At least 2 years of work experience as a Trainer with Sales/CS backgroundKnowledgeable in Google Suite and HubspotStrong English verbal and written communication skillsStrategic in developing solutions and process improvementsAgile and adaptable to changing environments and work processMust be work-from-home capable with a quiet space to take callsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, "self-starter" environment.Provide your own desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAMStable internet connection with at least 20 mbps speedMust have headset and webcamCan work effectively during PST hoursNice to have: Additional training certificationExperience in sales accounts highly preferredPrevious experience in classroom adult education or training and evaluationPrevious remote work experiencePrevious startup experienceThe/Studio's Company ValuesIntellectually curious - possesses a natural disposition and comfort to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and a desire to 'get to the bottom of things' if they see something not quite rightSelf-motivated with a meaningful reason to deliver excellenceGood communication skills that enhance collaboration, minimize misunderstandings, and at a frequency that is appropriate for a remote teamRadical candor - Coachable, accepting of constructive negative feedback and willing to provide constructive negative feedback where applicableOperates with a level of urgency - values immediate action where prudent, enables quick decision-making, swift problem-solving, and seizing opportunities in a dynamic business environmentNatural customer centricity - has an affinity to always start their train of thought or analysis with the customer's perspective, bias towards talking to the customer to understand themResults-driven - focuses on achieving and exceeding measurable objectivesOur Typical Hiring ProcessSubmit an application.
