Job Responsibilities:Runs demonstrations of Nafeza System and provides training to internal employees and external user groups.Integrates learning curriculum for courses and learning methods onto various platforms including e-learning, virtual learning, and web applications using multiple authoring and multimedia tools.Develops and delivers courses/sessions that are learner-centred and user-friendly.Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory in developing content objectives.Develops and designs learning videos, and incorporates the latest technology in terms of software and video editing. Job Requirements:3+ years of experience in training (preferably with big corporates).Solid experience in video content production and skilled in voiceover.Hands-on experience with production tools like Camtasia, Audacity, Adobe Audition, etc. is a plus.Very good verbal and written English and Arabic languages.Team player and fast learner.Analytical abilities, time management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to listen, define, write, explain, and interpret ideas and requirements.Logistics background is a plus.
