IntroductionTo train and manage all departments of the store, and once found competent, assume relevant management duties supporting the store manager during their absence. Responsibilities include:
Training and becoming competent in all departments of the store.Assisting the store manager as required.Attending all required classroom training sessions as per the Trainee Manager programme.Implementing learnings and skills within the store environment.Being a role model for staff, presenting the image and behaviours of management.Ensuring a high level of customer care through visibility and proactive engagement with customers.Job requirements• In possession of a matric certificate (grade 12) with a pass in Maths • Retail and/or management experience
