Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 (Matric)Retail Clothing experience1-2 years Allocating experienceDuties include:Strategic allocation and daily tracking of sales analysisUpdate the order for expected deliveries and track outstanding orders with suppliersMid-month & month-end reportsReplenishment of stock in post and track stock on orderUpdate the planner and follow up with suppliersAllocate new stock and update the new stores sheetRun replenishment orders on the systemPlace orders for launch products and follow up until deliveredAnalyze out-of-stock reports from stores and place orders where requiredCreate ranks and grade stores accordinglyAllocations to stores according to sell-offsAnalyze top and bottom-performing items weeklyProcess manual orders by analyzing stock on hand, sales, and replenishment modelsFollow up with suppliers and stores on outstanding orders and void where necessaryAnalyze stock on hand of stores in the same region
