Trainee Retail Allocator

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Retail Clothing experience
• 1-2 year Allocating experience

Duties include:
• Strategic allocation Daily tracking of sales - Analysis
• Update the on order for expected deliveries Track outstanding orders with suppliers Mid-month & month end reports Replenishment of stock in post Track stock on order
• Update the planner and follow up with suppliers
• Allocated new stock Update the new stores sheet
• Run replenishment orders on the system
• Place orders for launch products and follow up until delivered
• Analysing out-of-stock reports from stores and placing orders where required
• Create ranks and grade stores accordingly
• Allocations to stores according to selloffs
• Analyse top and bottom-performing weekly
• Process manual orders by analysing stock on hand, sales, and replenishment models
• Follow up with suppliers and stores on outstanding orders and void where necessary
• Analyse stock on hand of stores in the same region
