Introduction SPAR South Rand is looking for a suitably qualified Trainee Manager to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidates will be located in these areas: Johannesburg (Randparkridge and Lyndhurst) Scope
Trainee managers will undergo training that will enable them to advance to management positions within the SPAR Corporate Retail Sector. Trainee managers will work under the supervision of the departmental Managers and their goal will be to gain all the necessary knowledge and experience to become future managers.

The Trainee will work in each respective department at store level.
Learn and gain knowledge of all departments within the Retail Store. Undergo training and development in all departments. Identify and understand the existing protocols per department. Gain practical experience in order to create innovative solutions to problems experienced. Fulfil a supportive role to the management team while in the learning environment. Computer literacy required, including the use of spreadsheets. Exposure in the Food Retail industry.
Industrial Relations experience recommended. Formal Education and Training Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent. Degree in Retail Management / Related.
