Requirements:
Education: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
Experience: Prior experience in retail, sales, or a customer service role is highly desirable.
Experience in the hunting, outdoor, or sporting goods industry is a plus.
Firearms competency will be an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software (preferred).

Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Assist the Branch Manager and Floor Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.
Gain hands-on experience in inventory management, merchandising, and sales operations.
Monitor and support the implementation of store policies and procedures.
Customer Experience:
Support the team in delivering excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Ensure high standards of product presentation and store cleanliness.
Sales and Performance:
Assist in monitoring branch sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Participate in setting and achieving sales targets.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with department leads to understand their roles and responsibilities.
Assist in team training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and motivated team environment.
Travel and Branch Rotation:
Travel to multiple branch locations to gain experience across various operational environments.
Provide support to branches requiring additional management assistance or during peak business periods.
Learning and Development:
Actively participate in structured training programs covering areas such as management, human resources, sales strategies, and operational excellence.
Shadow managers to gain insights into decision-making processes and leadership skills.
Keep updated with industry trends and product knowledge related to hunting and outdoor equipment.
Future Branch Leadership:
Develop the ability to oversee all aspects of a branch, including staff management, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
Be prepared to take on the role of Branch Manager for new store openings or in existing branches as needed
