Job DescriptionAn advisory tax accounting firm seeks to employ a dedicated Trainee Accountant to join their team. Suitable candidates will need to have a BCom in Accounting degree and should be interested in pursuing their articles.Responsibilities:Communication directly with clientsMonthly management account reconciliationsVAT reconciliationsReview and complete VAT 201 returnsProcessing of payroll and calculation of employee taxes (Simplepay)EMP201 completionsXero processing / reconciliationsCompilation of Financial StatementsTraining will be provided for Independent reviewsCalculation of income tax returnsAd-hoc admin duties (not limited to the above)Requirements:BCom in Accounting degree or in the process of completionProficiency in English and AfrikaansFresh graduate looking to do articlesTransfer of articles from current firm (if applicable)Team playerAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDeadline driven
