Trails Guide

Candidate Requirements:This role is a senior position heading up the guide & maintenance department so leadership ability is a mustThe candidate will also fill in as Assistant Manager when the GMs are on leaveMust have FGASA NQF4 as a minimum At least 3-4 years of experience as trails guide in a luxury lodge is advantageousFGASA Lead Trails is preferred, candidates with back-up trails will be considered if close to lead.Must have valid and up to date PDP, ARH, First Aid and NDT (North-West) An understanding of vehicle & lodge maintenance is an advantage as the candidate will head up the maintenance departmentMust be well presented, confident and well-spokenMust be passionate about conservation and guest experienceShould be an excellent team player with a great work ethicMust reference incredibly wellThis is a live-in position, lodge and boarding provided, 6 weeks on 2 weeks off.Salary R15kpm neg doe.
