Candidate requirements: Must have a minimum of FGASA NQF4 Should have previous guiding experience at a luxury establishment within a Big5 reserve Full Trails qualification is preferred but is not a necessity Excellent communication skills in English Ability to engage with and entertain guests Team player who is willing to jump in and help in other areas of the lodge as and when needed The ability to integrate into a small team of guides Live-in, Incentives for bushwalks done, Annual performance-based bonus, Pension, Meals and Wifi
