As per manufacture service and maintenance recommendation and torque settings.Ensure trailer is roadworthy at all times and in a good working conditionEnsure high quality of workmanship at all times.Do brake test after all brake overhauls.Check and inspection on all cross beams and floors with entry plates.Must be able to work with minimum supervision.Must be prepared to work to predetermined goals and objectivesMust be prepared to work shifts, public holidays and weekendsMust be able to logical thinking and out of the boxAttention to details.Knowledge of mechanical and air suspension including wewler suspensions.Ability to work safeRepair and rewiring of ABS Lock rings and sensors.Must be able to do and attend to breakdowns.Ensure the following minimum aspects is maintained and report on:Tyre inspection and pressuresCheck and report on wheel bearingsCheck and report on brake linings and wearCheck and report on chassis cracksCheck and report on suspension and rocker arms and bushesCheck and report on all lights, interior and marker lightsCondition report on side protection barsRepairs and replacement of ABS wiring and sensorsCheck and report on all air pipes and couplingsCondition report on load boxes and floorsCondition report on the overhaul on the trailer and company branding.
