You will then be paired with a powerhouse leader and embedded within their team, positioned to become their right hand over time.You will give them their time back, and they will give you invaluable exposure to the U.S. agency world.Oceans' Right Hands are not only responsible for handling administrative duties like scheduling, filing, and research, they're also equipped to flex their operational muscles by suggesting improvements, setting KPIs, assisting with strategy, gatekeeping their CXOs time, and tracking projects, tasks, and timelines from conception through completion.You will be working at Overeasy, a stealth mode branding agency with founders Andrew Deitchman (Co-Founder and former CEO of Mother New York) and Heather-Mariah Dixon (Founder of HMVD Studio).ResponsibilitiesOperational:Lead and manage the implementation of projects across the organizationMonitor project statuses and update through easy to understand visualizationTrack project progress using tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or ClickUpDraft company policies, standard operating procedures, and correspondenceHandle the management and flow of information, ensuring the right info gets to your CXO at the right timeOrganize events from end to end which includes budgeting, vendor coordination, providing input on designs, and executing social media strategiesUpdate presentations in FigmaAdministrative:Manage complex calendars by coordinating with parties across multiple time zones and prioritize meetings according to business needsConduct daily sync-up keeping up with Agile scrum practicesSet the agenda for meetings, summarize discussion points, and key follow upsMaintain awareness of deadlines and hold team members accountable across the organizationHandle basic financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, budgeting, & reimbursementRequirements:Language: Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)Experience: 3+ years working experience as Business Analyst, Traffic Manager, or Project Manager.Education: Undergraduate degree preferred; related work experience acceptedBonus: MBA, PMP Certified or other professional certifications strongly favored, but not requiredWho Should ApplyThis role is ideal for candidates with creative agency experience as Project Managers, Traffic Managers, Business Analysts, Project Leads, Business Operations or Operations Managers, and are excited to work for and learn from U.S.-based C-Suite Executives.Benefits:12 paid holidays + 14 personal vacation days + 5 sick daysWork remotely with a global team on high-profile projectsReceive skill-training and mentorshipBuild a portfolio of US-based brand identity projects
