Traffic Manager

Fishgate is looking for a highly skilled traffic manager to manage the workflow of all jobs flowing through our busy creative and development departments.
We are looking for an analytic, systematic person with exceptional organisational capabilities who can work well as part of a team and independently.
ResponsibilitiesReporting on project status and workloadsProviding timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creativeLeading and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through to deliveryEnsuring the stages of the project/s are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverablesMonitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where requiredWorking across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problemsBuilding effective relationships with team and key departmentsRequirementsAt least 5-10 years of experience as a traffic manager in an advertising agencyExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsGreat command under pressure and stressAdaptability to new situationsExpertise in communication and organisational skillsMulti-tasking and collaboration skillsGood working knowledge of print production and digital processesAbility to proofread and perform quality control checksExperience in using the Chase systemExcellent planning, coordinating, and supervising skillsSuperb organisational skillsInitiativeAbility to remain super cool under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentGood problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
