Traffic Coordinator - Woodstock, Cape Town

My client a leading and well known company requires a competent and experienced Traffic Coordinator to be based on the premises in Woodstock., Cape Town Responsibilities: To assist in Content pipeline management and ensure that content meets the client and companys standards, and is completed within the agreed SLA Assist Traffic Manager with movement of content through production lifecycle / workflow, including daily assessment and resource allocation.
Ensure correct output and packaging of content for delivery to Company clients KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Monitor the progress of content process and ensure delivery / syncing to retail teams within SLA Assist in updating Retail trackers per division for SRC Error report analysis and investigation resolving customer/system rejections and errors Timeous resolution of content and image queries from content and retail team Pre-load checks for received content requests Creation, prioritisation and assignment of tasks within the content work COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Knowledge: Resource allocation, monitoring and reporting Workflow management processes and tools Knowledge of ecommerce data/image standards/processes Very good working knowledge of Excel Behaviours and attributes: Multitasking / handle multiple projects and areas and focus Attention to detail Good communication skills Analytical with strong problem-solving skills Initiative Service driven Self-motivated and self-disciplined Exceptional time management, metric and deadline-driven Systems and standards orientated Must be criminal clear Must reside in the Western Cape Experience: A Tertiary qualification is advantageous Matric ESSENTIAL 2 to 3 years experience in a fast-paced e-commerce content environment
