Job category: Media, Advertising, PR, Publishing and MarketingLocation: Cape TownContract: PermanentRemuneration: Market RelatedEE position: YesIntroductionTo assist in the accurate and timely flow and execution of all work designated between the creative studio and other Departments, and external vendors for our OMNI department.Job Objectives:Assist in the creative work-flow, printing and communication process to meet deadlines.Ensure that all digital campaigns are briefed and executed accurately and timeously.Supply a clear Critical Path and ensure timelines are met.Plan daily and weekly priority lists and project status updates.Ensure sufficient time allocation in accordance with the campaign briefing process.Plan and ensure sufficient time allocated for approval and execution.Maintain effective communication between all parties related to a project/job.Manage the design studio resources.Receive and communicate accurate updates of information:Accurate interpretation of changes.Time allocation for process.Attend status meetings.Digital channels knowledge.Communicate with Operations Team Leader and Operations Manager continuously.Sourcing of Samples and References:Accurate research within specified time of images required for promotions and ad hoc requests.Book, brief, and co-ordinate photography if necessary.Ensure standards are met through the most cost-efficient and effective way.Create Purchase Order Requisitions.Skills & Knowledge:Strong administrative skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.Ability to use own initiative.Strong interpersonal skills.Structured thinking.Ability to follow through.Diary management.Good verbal and written communication skills.Education:Essential: Grade 12, Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.Job Experience:Essential: 3 – 5 years' experience in traffic coordination.Desirable: 1-2 years' experience in project management/digital.Competency Requirements:Planning and Organising.Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.Following instructions and procedures.Coping with pressures and setbacks.Achieving personal work goals and objectives.Deciding and initiating action.Writing and reporting.Kindly note only applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.All positions will be filled in accordance with our Employment Equity plan.
