Manage fleet of heavy vehicles activities to fulfill customers' delivery requirements.Plan and allocate/deploy drivers and vehicles, and update the transport system.Strategically deploy drivers, ensuring optimal roster arrangements and transport utilization.Manage and review schedules and routing to ensure drivers meet daily jobs in accordance with customer requirements.Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager, adhering to safety policies, procedures, and regulations.Generate weekly/monthly reports on drivers' and contractors' performance.Troubleshoot any issues during delivery that the team faces.Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager.
