Traffic Controller

A well established company based in Robertville is seeking a Traffic Controller.

Duties:

Monitor and intercept emails to ensure smooth communication flow
Manage and track job cards throughout the process
Assist with preparing quotes and liaise with clients
Update artwork and other information in our project management system

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client liaison abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Familiarity with office systems and willingness to learn ClickUp
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Relevant degree or Course (Advantage)

Compute Literacy:

MS Office (Outlook,Excel)

ClickUp (Training will be provided)
