Job Description Summary : Our Media & Creative integrated Agency is looking for a Mid-weight Traffic and Operations Manager to partner across all channels and departments, driving excellence and creating valuable ways of working for our integrated Clients as well as supporting our Village agency model.
The Operations Manager oversees operations across all channels for our integrated clients. They partner with MDs to ensure process and projects are aligned with the agency's strategic objectives and meet client experience excellence.
The Operations Manager works as a go-between that connects account managers to other departments within the agency, working closely with Client, Digital, Media and Creative teams ensuring everyone is on the same page and that projects progress smoothly.
They are responsible for creating and maintaining project timelines and ensuring that deliverables are met on-time, communicating appropriately.
They play a crucial role in resource management to ensure that the project is delivered to the highest standard within the adhered budget and time.
Job Description : Responsibilities: Traffic management: Support account operations within agencyIdentify opportunities and implement solutions for improving client and team delivery processesIdentify best practices and develop new systems, processes and tools for complex integrated client workOversee the agency workflow and establish client specific processes to ensure efficiencies and highest quality of deliverablesAssign tasks and check the statuses of outstanding tasksConduct a daily morning meeting to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocksCommunicate any issues with the teamConduct weekly job status meetings to gather and share information with the teamInitiate new jobs for the client and create timelines and tasks for the work to be done (future planning)Review the timeline with the Account Managers to get client approvalMonitor project budgets and address any potential overagesManage project-related documentation, including amendments, change orders, and status reportsIdentify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risksDevelop and implement process improvements to boost project efficiencyOperations Management: Manage the pipeline of projects and finance reportingWork with agency leads to identify potential out-of-scope data projects that add value to our clientsLog all new potential projects and allocate the right team to scope the opportunityMake sure that actions are taken, and deadlines are met to push the opportunity forwardEnsure that all financial reporting across the agency is aligned, flagging any discrepancies and working with agency leads to fix any issues with reportingManage the delivery of projectsSupport team culture and collaborative agency workingBuild and manage communities of specialists across the network, organising sessions to share work and work on cross-agency development projectsSupport and manage initiatives to improve team culture, communication from leadership and sharing of work – such as newsletters and team meetingsRequirements: Experience in Project Management or Operations or Traffic ManagementExperienced advertising agency experience and preferable media agencyAttention to detailProactiveOrganisedProfessional and personable way of workingConfident working with numbersConfident dealing with senior stakeholdersSupport team culture and collaborative agency workingAble to adapt to work with different personalitiesProficient in all standard applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ChaseAble to quickly learn new techniques including online applicationsContract Type: Permanent
