Where exceptional people and exceptional opportunity awaits.Who We're Looking For :The Bay Hotel, set against the breathtaking Twelve Apostle Mountain range and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean in glamorous Camps Bay, is looking for a Trade Sales Coordinator to join their exceptional team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of fostering meaningful relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive growth and promote our luxury hotel. Your primary focus will be on generating sales, coordinating promotional initiatives, and ensuring our partners are informed, engaged, and excited about what we have to offer. From managing inquiries to supporting key accounts, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable resource that clients rely on to tailor their experience and achieve mutually rewarding outcomes. Your mission? To cultivate strong connections, provide top-notch service, and deliver value that goes beyond expectations, leaving a lasting impression that encourages future partnerships.What Is Required :As a Trade Sales Coordinator you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with trade partners, and ensuring smooth sales operations.Minimum Requirements :Grade 12 or EquivalentDiploma / degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatoryMinimum of 3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality industry or a related fieldOpera Experience and knowledge preferredCommunications – must be a strong communicator in verbal and written formsAbove average efficiency in Microsoft ExcelProficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems,website management platforms, and analytics softwareHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA passion for luxury hospitality, tourism, and guest and client experiencesReady to Join?
